How is this accomplished in the midst of a nervous breakdown?
How does we keep ourselves safe and sane?
By reaching out to our family and friends, ok done
By trusting the universe, this one’s more difficult

And she’s got to keep her daughter safe and provide for her fanily

The city has a website about foreclosure prevention and assistance but the ‘law center ‘ contact listed on there doesn’t do that work anymore.
She reached out to legal aid but they wouldn’t take her case , they say they rarely take foreclosure cases
The one agency still in operation to help people facing foreclosure was defunded, she did after several years have opportunity to meet with one of their lawyers ( she’s reached out and been turned down by so many) and he suggested she consider selling.
Does anybody get a fair hearing given that the judges pensions are invested in the banks, the plaintiffs, and in mortgage backed securities?
She had a lawyer at the very beginning but he did no discovery
The judge only had one hearing (when she was still concussed, which he knew) which was vacated by the bank due to the presence of ongoing loss mitigation negotiators
Which she did everything right for that but they didn’t come through with an offer of settlememt
The judge scheduled another hearing which he never held, granting summary judgment to the bank one month before the hearing. Some say they go off the record, the e-record, which are not complete or accurate as she knows from her own custody case and the judge knows it too
Rumor from the court office is that original documents are being shredded and that people’s documents are not being filed correctly. The erectors do not accurately reflect the facts, natural facts, basic facts.
The day she found out she freaked out at work and then she and her daughter cane down w influenza b, which ended that job (even though she had signed an agreement not to come to work sick, for the protection of others)
She had a list of questions prepared as there were many facts in dispute owing to discovery never being done on her behalf) and an affidavit on her own behalf ( which is supposed to be required) and what she considered to be an opportunity to question the witnesses against her ( alleged signatories on the banks alleged evidence)
These she had believed there would be an evidentiary hearing and it was scheduled but not held .
She had ptsd, post concussion syndrome, she’s supposed to avoid stress
She’s having a nervous breakdown and we’ll pissed off
What can she do to pull out if this nosedive?
Her computer system was hacked, phone too, computer and internet connection both had to be repaired, phone battery replaced.. it’s still acting funny
And she has heard strange clicks and magnetic Feeling twangs when talking on the phone.
This began shortly after she warmed the others she knew who were fighting to get a bob service and stupidly told them what it was.
Who’s watching? Let’s hope they’re benevolent?
